1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Aurelia Studio platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including medspa business operators ("Tenants") and their clients ("End Users").

2. Description of service

Aurelia Studio provides a voice AI receptionist, CRM, appointment scheduling, and SMS communication platform for medspa and aesthetic clinic businesses. The Service includes voice agent automation, client management, booking integrations, and related tools.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@aureliastudio.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. SMS and voice communications

The Service sends SMS messages and places/receives voice calls on behalf of Tenants. By using the Service, Tenants agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC requirements, and CAN-SPAM Act.

Tenants are responsible for obtaining proper consent from End Users before sending SMS messages. See our SMS Consent page for opt-in requirements. End Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Tenant obligations

Provide accurate business information for regulatory compliance
Obtain and maintain valid consent from End Users for SMS and voice communications
Comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare privacy regulations when handling patient data
Not use the Service for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
Keep booking provider credentials and API keys secure

6. Payment and billing

Fees are charged according to your subscription plan. Telephony usage (call minutes, SMS segments) is billed based on actual consumption. Payment processing for End User transactions is handled through Stripe Connect, with funds settling to the Tenant's connected bank account.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Tenants retain ownership of their client data. We process data as a service provider on behalf of Tenants and do not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Aurelia Studio, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Tenants retain ownership of their content and data. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelia Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, Tenant access to the platform will be revoked and provisioned phone numbers will be released. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
